6th
Annual Bonnet Tea, May 1, 2010. All ladies are welcome, please join
us!
What
happens on Sunday mornings:
At 10:30
a.m. we join in the sanctuary for worship through praise and song, study
of scripture, proclamation of the Good News of Jesus Christ in the pastor's
message, shared prayer time, and observance of the Lord's Supper.
Blended musical
expressions include contemporary praise music, traditional Gospel hymns,
and classical musical presentations.
Children K-5th
grade are invited to participate in Kids' Club during the 10:30 service.
Children and youth of all other ages are invited to remain with their
families during worship; a cry-room is available for families whose
infants become fussy during the service.
Communion is open
to all people of faith, regardless of their church affiliation.
Medford
First Christian Church is one of nearly 3,800 Disciples of Christ congregations
across the United States and Canada. Founded in the early 1800's in
the United States, founders of the CHRISTIAN CHURCH (DISCIPLES OF CHRIST)
sought to move beyond denomational disagreements, and envisioned a united
church of Jesus Christ modeled on the New Testament. Click here on the
